Built Around People.
Atrium was founded in Mumbai in 2009 by a small group of architects and builders. We still work the same way: a few projects at a time, designed carefully and built to last.

(01) — Our Story
Fewer Projects. Better Homes.
We started Atrium because we wanted to build the homes we were designing for other people, without losing control of the details.
Our architects, engineers and site teams work in the same office. Plans are tested against climate, orientation and daily routines long before construction starts, and every material is chosen to age well.
The result is a short list of developments that we are proud to put our name on, and residents who often come back to buy their next home with us.
