The Residence is planned around a single open courtyard. Living spaces sit on its sea-facing side, while bedrooms look onto planted terraces that stay shaded through the afternoon.
Deep overhangs, operable timber screens and cross-ventilated rooms keep the house comfortable through the year, and every material has been chosen to age well in the coastal air.
